*That* friend

Everybody needs that friend who trips you up short...

 just before you descend into your spiralling whirlpool of hypothetical chaos.

That friend who says 

"Dude, stop worrying about things that haven't happened yet. You have enough to contend with."

The one, who will, if absolutely necessary say "Remove head from ass, and use it for once!"

Then reaches down a hand to pull you out of your own Wile E. Coyote body indent.

The one who reminds you to stop, and breath for a moment.

I really appreciate that friend right now.
